The Rockville Hotel, a Ramada by Wyndham

My stay was fine. Nothing to brag about nothing to complain about. Breakfast is trash though. This is my second stay here, both stays were booked and paid through booking.com. However on my second stay, due to the lack of attention by staff members, my card was charged again for the cost of my 2nd stay. I noticed it right away and called the hotel to address the issue. I was emailed a receipt that supposedly shows the amount of the charge to be reversed to my card. I have called the hotel everyday since regarding the issue and have even asked to speak to the manager Tony, who was sent an email by a staff member Tanya with my name and number, but have not even had the courtesy of a call from him either. Positive: Lobby and halls are nice Negative: Sower head was TERRIBLE! Get rid of the water saver heads, they ruin the hotel stay. This is more like a 2 star hotel. To many broke down cars in the parking lot that had clearly been there for months n months.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for about 20 days until we could find an apartment. We had to find another hotel ASAP because turns out we were breathing in mold in are bathroom every day that by the time we noticed it was mold it was spreading by the second. My boyfriend had 2 asthma attacks and we couldn’t figure out why throughout our stay he kept needing to use his pump more than usual. Once we brought attention to it by staff they refused to give us a new room unless we paid for 2 days in advance. The bathroom never had air circulation switch and the automatic fan was stuck with mold and cigarettes. Then all the sudden they had no room for us to move to. Manager says when they see mold they just spray bleach and paint over it. Bleach is stored in improper mislabeled container. Manager

Air conditioner in the closet sounded like a locomotive when it turned on. Front desk helper was rude and needs some customer service training. Overall condition of building is sub par. Would not stay here again.

The staff was rude. We received 1 towel for 5 guests over three days and the staff had an attitude when we asked for towels (they never came). We booked a double bed and ended up with a single bed,it was terrible. They charged my cars three times leading to my card being locked. Don't pay for the breakfast, you'd be better and save more getting McDonald's. Worst stay, I will NEVER stay at this property again.
