Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Ctr

Christina was super helpful throughout my three day stay. She made sure everything I needed was ready or handled very quickly. I’m not a picky guest, but I do like extra towels, pillows, and a microwave and she made it all happen. James was helpful extending my stay due to the weather and my business needs in the area. Christina checked me back in with ease and professionalism. Great job to the staff for keeping the parking garage ramp cleared of snow and ice so I could get in and out of the garage and to my office around the corner throughout all hours. Thank you to all. (There’s a Front Desk Supervisor who answered my call prior to checking in that was prompt and helpful but I cannot recall his name-thank you to him as well). - Angela E. We had an amazing experience at this Hilton hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly and happy to assist us. Shout out to James and T-Boy whose exceptional service made our stay especially welcoming! We are looking forward to returning here later in December when we come back to visit family. Highly recommended this hotel!

Positive: I didn't like anything about this hotel. Negative: The window looks out on a hallway. Light pours in all night. The staff was rude and not knowledgable. The parking is $30 day but they don't tell you that. Room service was confused and didn't get my order online. Several outlets were broken.

Stayed here on November 8th. James, the Director of Rooms, is a true example of great hospitality — super professional and genuinely helpful. I really hope the company recognizes his efforts! A couple of things could’ve been better though. At dinner, the lady working in the restaurant didn’t seem familiar with the team member discount process. I mentioned I was a team member, but she looked a bit confused. The discount applied didn’t seem correct, and she also asked me to write down my employee number, which I’ve never had to do at other properties — usually they just verify it when shown. Also, when I tried to add my partner’s name to the reservation through the chat (after I had already checked in and was on property), I was told I had to come down to the front desk. This hotel is at an ideal location if you are taking the metro. It’s less than a 6 minute walk from Twinbrook. There is plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers in walking distance. This hotel was dated, definitely could use some upgrades. The inside reminded me of an old Embassy suites. The rooms were okay just like the food at the restaurant…. Just okay.
