Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

I just canceled a second night at this hotel. I had two back to back reservations and the second night had an upgrade. Rather than honoring my upgrade for both as well as my Platinum status, they were going to completely ignore it. Also, I specifically told the gentleman that I was finding parking somewhere else though as Im looking at the bill, he still charged me for it...watch the bill. With a large event being hosted there they also tried to charge friends who didn't stay for parking...it was a mess. The bacon is not Marriott bacon..tasteless. Beware, the M Club does not have hot evening snacks on Saturday and Sunday..always surprised that they try to charge the same amount on those days as others with no evening snacks. I had a great first visit to this property. The rooms were nice and warm even when the temperature was 18 degrees outside. I ate at the bar and used the M Lounge. Everything was good and the staff was courteous. Excellent stay!

My husband and I were here for a long weekend celebrating his birthday. We really enjoyed the amenities at the hotel and how freshly renovated and cool the interior design was. We thought the staff at the restaurant in the bar were top-notch! The gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a Marriott! We usually stay at the Ritz Carlton when we come to town but from now on, we will probably stay here! Thank you for a great experience! One small thing would be to have the robes in our room. We had to call down for those - otherwise our stay was perfect.

Beautiful and comfy place to stay for the week. Convenient location for a business meeting, with loads of good food within walking distance. The Corby Kitchen (hotel restaurant) had surprisingly delicious meals, and the bar staff were friendly, and courteous. The M Lounge was worth the price for daily breakfast and afternoon teas. Mr. Emilio was kind and diligent every morning.|I want to specially highlight the professionalism and kindness of Guest Experience Expert Ms. Ananya A., who welcomed me and guided me at check-in, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Dear Marriott, you should make sure your training team learns from her so you can spread the word on what good hospitality looks like!

Wow! What an amazing experience? Gifdee was awesome. She was our housekeeper. We were there for a Leadership Conference. Each day, our room looked like we just checked in! The hotel is beautiful and the elevators are fast lol. The staff was welcoming and patient. No complaints!
