We spent the night here last night and it was perfect. Rooftop bar was beautiful with great friendly service. The pool area was amazing with warm water. A corner king room which was beautiful with its large wall to ceiling windows. We had dinner down stairs, food was amazing and the staff was great. Even helped me out with some pop corn and soda to enjoy later during our movie. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband booked us a hotel here when we went to see the ‘nutcracker’ as a Christmas present. Great rooftop bar and walking distance to the theater. Really you can get to anywhere downtown from here. So, I would recommend using the valet.. cause night time can be scratchy. Kevin in the valet was great too! Always there with an umbrella, or opening my door. Great Trip!

We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

The check-in experience was rushed and felt more like staying at a motel, with no in-room amenities such as glasses, extra blankets, or towels. The bathroom was lacking, as there were no amenities present, and the toilet paper was rough. Housekeeping did the bare minimum, leaving the room less than satisfactory on the second night, similar to an Airbnb experience. The pool was noisy with kids diving, despite a no-diving sign, and it was only open from 9 am to 9 pm. The elevators were slow, and the rooftop bar, accessible to the public, increased wait times in the evenings. The lobby bar closed at 10 pm, and the barn bathroom door had a significant gap, compromising privacy. There were no nearby restaurants, and the water filling station was only on the first level. Conveniently located and very clean: overall, a solid option for a quick stay in the city. One thing to note: there’s no attached self-parking. Valet is $70, and while you do get in-and-out privileges, your car is stored in a garage down the street. Given how Portland is laid out, and how easy it is to Uber around - - the parking fee felt a bit excessive. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to factor in. The only real downside during our stay was the noise. Unfortunately, we could clearly hear our neighbor coughing through the wall throughout the night, which made sleeping difficult. Soundproofing could definitely be improved. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and we genuinely appreciated that they accommodated me, my husband, and our dog. For a one-night sta
