Customer Reviews
If you have a loved one in the hospital this place is amazing. Overnight accomodations for up to 3 months and mostly no charge. They have a kitchen that is huge and full of goodies. Free parking garage. Right next to the tram. Very helpful for long term medical stays if your traveling.
Very kind and welcoming. Super easy to check in. Everyone staying there were also super friendly. The rooms are nice and tidy with your own bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. I would describe it as a step above a hotel. The community kitchen provided everything one could ever need. Along with a workout room, room didacated for community events for all. Fantastic place.
About 6 months ago I had radiation treatments at ohsu. I live far away so I was grateful rood family pavilion could provide housing. It was one less thing to worry about during this trying time. Location is very convenient to the tram and buildings 1 and 2. No driving and dealing with traffic to get to treatment and Dr appts. Everyone was so kind. I stayed in the adult section. It is nicely planned with rooms for reading or board games and a laundry. Was nice to have extra areas on the floor so you can relax outside of your room. Nice views of mt hood and mt st helens when the clouds cooperated, lol. Nice central kitchen also. My only complaint is that I couldn't come in the night before I started treatment so had to get a hotel room, then transfer everything the first day of treatment. I
There is no way I could have got my kidney transplant without them they saved my life God bless him and I would suggest anybody that needs help while doing a transplant call McDonald's house
Very comfortable and convenient stay for our 100 day medical journey. A short walk across the street to all appointments and safe and secure accommodations. AAAAA
