The Pensacola Beach Resort

Our stay at The Pensacola Beach Resort was truly wonderful. The lobby is beautiful and elegant, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment. The restaurant is stylish and inviting, with attentive and friendly service. The presentation of the dishes was simple, but the food was very tasty and well prepared. The room was spacious and bright with a stunning ocean view. The large walk-in shower and overall layout made everything feel open and comfortable. It was a luxurious and relaxing experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back again.

I was debating writing this review. So, my first night here was horrendous. I was woken up to blaring music so loud at 3am I could not tell where it was coming from. Literally, 10 seconds after calling the front desk to complain, it was turned off. That wasn’t even time for security to come up. So how did the person know to turn it off? Was there a camera in my room? Was the phone bugged??? The second incident happened at exactly 6am the next morning when an alarm started going off in my room. Someone had set an alarm on the clock and the cleaning staff never bothered to turn it off. Then, 5 minutes later, the room next door had their alarm go off and it was so loud I could hear it through the wall. Positive: Location the staff was excellent plenty of parking room was great Negative: The AC needs to be updated. Some room stayed not hot but a little warm.

We came during the off-season in January and this place is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are clean with a nice big shower. You cannot beat the views on the Gulf side! Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves is a must! We had breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito with the fresh made salsa. Prices were good, but that could be because we came in the winter.

We have always wanted to say at this hotel, and we made a last-minute reservation. It will not be our last! Everything was exceptional. Definitely splurge for the balcony view if you can! It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant were superb. We loved the robes, and the mattresses and bedding were exactly what you would hope for. Amazing hotel that we will recommend to all of our friends.
