SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach

House keeping is horrible. The 3rd floor hallway had a bad smell. My room on the 3rd floor was not properly cleaned. House keepers sweeping dirt from the rooms unto the hallway carpet on Saturday evening. Pillow cases smelled horrible need to be changed at the end of each stay. Empty water bottle and room key left on floor from previous stay. Room need a good mopping. Front staff kind, professional and friendly. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area nice and tidy. The room layout is nice just not properly cleaned.

Top notch hotel with nice helpful staff especially front desk. The rooms are very spacious at 450 square feet, with some having balconies! The hotel is 5 floors tall. They have beach and pool view options. The hotel and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are clean and have a closet and drawers for your belongings so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The tiki bar is a nice addition if you would like a beverage while swimming in the pools. Yes they have 2 adult and 1 kiddie pool as well as a hot tub. The hotel does offer beach access too. Very nice location and amenities. The self parking is free and there is also garage parking under the hotel. The complimentary hot breakfast is also another bonus! Positive: We liked that it was a nice room. It was clean. The hotel was clean. Staff was professional and kind access to the beach and to the pools were wonderful. Negative: The only thing that I could think of is that the walls seem to be very thin and you can hear people walking down the hall, talking softly and people in the rooms beside you.

My husband and I booked multiple rooms due to medical reasons. The hotel is very nice. The people at the front desk, not so much. We were unable to get a location i needed so we only stayed 1 night. I tried several times to speak to someone at the front desk 1 evening. Only 1 young lady working and she was having a wonderful long conversation with someone checking in while the line backed up. Upon check out, the young man who "helped" us immediately went over to talk to the other woman working and was openly discussing us. In summary, if you don't mind pretentious front desk people or where your room is, this is the place to be. As for me, never again. As a Marriott Titanium I can find other hotels. And I did.

This hotel is AMAZING. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the different hotel choices in the area. It's so hard to choose a hotel when you've never visited a place before. When we arrived I immediately realized I picked the perfect hotel. (I had debated between this one and the Fairfield right near it, this one was absolutely the right choice). It's at the end of a long run of hotels/condos so the beach right outside is MUCH less busy than areas further down the beach. The room was immaculately clean (and I'm super picky about cleanliness in hotels!), every single staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the view from our room was INCREDIBLE (we stayed in the king room with bunk beds with a direct Gulf vie
