We had a great time at the Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach! You cannot beat the location with direct beach access and an easy/quick walk to shopping, restaurants, and free entry (pool/beach) to the two Hilton properties next door. Best feature for us - it is a dog friendly hotel with a very reasonable dog rate. We had a beach front balcony room and the view was 5* (if you opt for a city view there are pools and outdoor seating that allow you to see the sunrise and sunset just as well). The hotel breakfast was very good with varied selections each day. Although the hotel does show its age - it was clean and staff were attentive to any areas noted. Overall, the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the front desk associate James Dean who made our trip memorable

We have a wonderful experience at the Hampton on Pensacola Beach! Ms. Shelbi, the manager, upgraded us to a balcony room, allowed for an early check-in and treated us with nothing but kindness. The room was large, clean and had a beautiful view. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and right on the beach. Overall this was a very nice experience and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is at a beautiful place with amazing views. The breakfast is also very nice, not the same thing every day, they keep menu different every day. There are several restaurants and places at walkable distance from the hotel. The best part for us was the access to the nearby resort amenities. We enjoyed all of the pools and lazy rivers along with the amazing firepits etc. I did not want to leave there. We had a balcony room which had amazing views we could not get enough of. Only thing that could be improved is cleanliness. We had to change change room because our first room stank. The second room also had some filthy stuff but we were too exhausted to ask for another room change and requested a vaccum the next day. The front desk people were responsive to address concerns. Stayed at this hotel for 5 days and enjoyed every bit off it! The staff was amazing, breakfast was good, and housekeeping was on top of everything! This hotel is right on the beach and offers amazing views, easy access to the beach, and a different breakfast every morning! I’ve never been to a hotel where they give you multiple options on your waffle batter I know we were able to try chocolate waffles, blueberry, and even pumpkin spice all while still having the original batter as well they changed up the food every morning so we weren’t stuck eating the same thing each day! House keeping came by and refreshed our towels and bedding every other day. The location is right by multiple shopping and food locations I walked with 2 of my children to go shopping one morning with ease. The only co
