Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Pensacola Beach

Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing hotel experience. It started with the lovely young lady at check-in (we booked right then and there) who helped us find the best price for one night's stay. She offered suggestions for great places to eat and did not disappoint. We were even pleasantly surprised by the in-house guest laundry that was easy to use and the washers/dryers were all newer. Everything everywhere was clean. Easy beach access. Beautiful pool, hot tub and lazy river. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The floor to ceiling blackout curtains served us well. If I had one nit-picky complaint it would be the digital display on the thermostat -- we couldn't figure out how to shut it off without shutting off the air overnight... but seriously this wou

This review is LONG overdue. I would love to give personal recognition to the following staff members: Tara, Annalese, Grace, and Hallie. I took my son here for a surprise b-day trip so we could see the Pensacola Ice Flyers. I had asked the staff if they by chance did anything for birthdays. The informed me they did and asked a few questions about what my son likes. When we arrived at the hotel, it was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check-in early and upon opening the door to our room, the staff had placed a birthday bag on the table in our room, filled with cookies, candy, a toy, a shark stuffie, and a personalized birthday card with the staff's signatures. His face was priceless and it truly made my birthday surprise to him that much mor

Positive: The pool area Negative: Breakfast wasn't the best. Everyday the only warm option was scrambled eggs and sausage and one other dish. The breakfast hotel staff weren't the friendliest either.

I did not stay at this hotel but my mother did. She never takes even a minute for herself so on the way back from Texas she decided to stay here. She stayed for one night on the way to Texas and one night on the way back. She was debating whether to stop because she felt bad that she wasn't home to take care of my ill grandma I told her to stop. She loves the beach and she very much enjoyed feeding the pigeons on her stay last week. As a former bed and breakfast owner I know she has very high standards. She said that this was the nicest friendliest hotel that she had stayed at in a very long time I say all that to say this. I called down to the front desk and Tara answered the phone. This hotel was awesome. Was actually wanting the Holiday Inn beside it but they didn't have any rooms for the date we needed, and I'm so glad they didn't. We thoroughly enjoyed our Oceanview room. The room was immaculate and very clean (the mattresses looked new) and I didn't see a speck of dust anywhere. We usually clean/disinfectant our hotel rooms and it has been a looong while since we have found a room so clean. Spacious and plenty of room. The lobby is beautiful, there is plenty of parking. Wonderful free breakfast in the morning (breakfast sandwich, sausage, cereals, bagel/muffins, juice/coffee, big oatmeal bar). The pool area is amazing AND you have access to 3 other hotel pools!! The beach area is amazing and we spent most of our days in the ocean and the pools. There are firepits
