Hilton Pensacola Beach

For a Hilton, and for the price we paid, this was less than spectacular. Elevators were sketchy, often times getting stuck. On more than one occasion a maintenance tech rode with us "just in case." 😯 And if you like hot showers you'll be disappointed. Lukewarm at best. 😥 There's is access to the beach and the view is wonderful. The staff was great, even with the elevator issue(s). The restaurant downstairs is on par with Hilton (pricey) buy the breakfast bar was terrific. Lots of choices to start your day. And there is a very sweet woman that will fix you an omelet or eggs in a specific way. There are options for lunch and dinner within walking distance if youd like. No issues with parking but it was off-season. Enjoy.

We stayed for a girls weekend on 4th of July weekend. The room was great and the beach was lovely. The common and pool areas were unkept. The pool deck was covered in dirty towels and it wasn't just people holding a lounger with towels. I noticed they were there all day and until the next mid morning. The loungers were never put back in order for each morning. There were several items of trash stashed in various places throughout the property that were never picked up. Like peoples left over take-out containers. And plastic cups, tissues left lying around. Piles and trails of sand in the lobby. Not like it just happened and they hadn't gotten to it. It was there for our entire 4 day stay. I was so disappointed.

Not sure what has happened to the Hilton Brand! Like many, I'm a Hilton Honors member. Reservation made wasn't ready, then turned out was not available. We got upgraded to a nicer room, a 2 bdrm 2 bath suite with full kitchen. Valet was great too. But, the fridge in the kitchen didn't work, so we lost food we brought. We let them know, but it wasn't fixed. There was no wine key, and staff seemed shocked when we asked for one... but there were 6 wine glasses, lol. The jacuzzi tub fit two and was deep, but only like 2 of the multiple jets worked. Drawers in the bathroom were broken. Shower had 2 shampoos but no body wash. The ice maker in the room didn't work and the machine on the floor was either out all the time or also didn't work. The phone didn't connect to customer servic

Positive: the front desk staff were all very nice and professional. i always love that hilton has the one time pet fee. i liked that you could use neighboring pools. Negative: pool needed to be cleaned with a net a few times a day. it got pretty gross being so busy. i had hair, as in multiple, wrapped on my toes a fews times getting out. i didnt swim bc of this, easy fix. the pool areas were clean other than that.

We’re staying at the Hilton Pensacola Beach for a conference and have had a wonderful experience. We needed to change our dates after the block closed, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating — even upgrading our room. When we arrived, Daniel was so friendly and helpful. He assisted with our bags, brought them to our room, and even offered us ice — such thoughtful service! Great views, great amenities, and truly outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay again.
