Pensacola Beach RV Resort

We are just about to leave here and, unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience. We have a 42-ft fifth wheel and have been placed in a site where we barely fit, with RVs extremely close behind and beside us. It honestly feels like being packed in like sardines. When we originally booked last year, we reserved a beachfront site. After informing the office that we had changed from an RV to a fifth wheel, we were told we could not stay in that site because it is a pull-in. However, it still would have been possible to back in and run the utilities underneath the RV. What makes this even more frustrating is that other campers around us are currently running their utilities under their campers, so it’s difficult to understand why that option wasn’t allowed for us. We stayed here for a couple nights with another couple we were traveling with. The RV park is in the best location and we had a wonderful time! As soon as we got there we went over to the beach area and the tiki bar that were right there at the resort. Had some great drinks and even got some tacos from a floating taco boat anchored right off shore. The sites were nice, laundry was clean and washers and dryers worked well. We also rode our bikes around everywhere as so many restaurants and shop were super close and the beautiful beach on the gulf side was right across the street! Would definitely return here and would recommend!

The location on Pensacola Beach is great - close to everything. The sites are VERY close together with literally no space to put chairs on the entertainment side of the coach. You sit right on top of the next site's sewer lines. The night before we left, we came back to the park to find out that there was no water. I checked email, voice mail and text messages - nothing from the park notifying us of the shut off. We finally located a neighbor who had been staying there a while, and he said he was notified that the water was going to be off. We still did not have water by the next morning when we left. Of course, we can use the water we have on board, but it seems that it should be a common courtesy for the park to notify their guests of an interruption in the services. The waterfro

We are currently staying here and I can not say enough good about this place! The customer service is amazing and TJ has been a huge help to us! I dread directing my husband backing in! TJ backed us in with no issues! Our bike tires were flat, no problem TJ filled them. My cable not working (my fault) TJ came and helped me out! Seriously the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time! Kudos to this wonderful resort and especially TJ!

Our new home away from home in Pensacola! The whole place is wonderful and well maintained. Easy access to the beach across the street. The sneaky Tiki bar on the intracoastal side is awesome as well. Thank you so much for hosting us… see you next time!
