The Parker Lodge

You get what you pay for. Room was comfortable and clean but obvious signs of wear and rough previous occupants, or attempted DIY repairs, paint scrapes, missing security latch on the door and some cosmetic issues but the bed was firm, and clean and comfortable, the linens were all clean. What you can expect from an older motel . Front desk person was polite and efficient. If just looking for a place to lay down and get some sleep and a shower this s place will fit your needs. Keep in mind it is near a main, busy road and across the street from event center so there will be outside noise. Beyond their control. Will stay here again if needed.

Recently stayed at the Parker Lodge is downtown Ft.smith on Garrison. The room was clean and looked nice, everything is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here for close to a week in October of 2025. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and quiet location. Additionally they allow pets, including cats with a small daily fee.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the place. The room is clean and comfortable, facilities all adequate and the staff is pleasant.

Excellent room right downtown.. excellent service, overall great night stay!
