The Palmetto House Inn

We had a great stay at the Palmetto house (two couples). Our unit was upstairs with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen and sitting area, and small dining area. It was really nicely appointed, quiet, clean, and in a great location. Ice maker in fridge wasn't working that day and they even sent us a bag of ice using delivery service! Would absolutely stay again!

What a gem!! I can't say enough good things about this place and the hospitality. Upon check-in there was a mix-up and our room was actually occupied for another night, so they placed us in room 7 in the I'on Inn and it was beautiful. We are used to a King sized bed so even though the room had two queens, we made it work. On our second night we finally got into our originally booked room "D" within the Palmetto house which is literally across the parking lot. A beautiful spacious room with a King sized bed! Unfortunately, our air-conditioning unit wasn't working and it was too late to contact someone. So we just waited until the morning to request that it be fixed. Upon return from our full day in Charleston, we walked into a fiercely cold room and let me tell you it was awesome!!!! The

Used the Inn for my wedding weekend. It was super close to my venue. It was a beautiful place with plenty of room for my bridal party to get hair and makeup done. Had snacks and breakfast goodies for us. Was a short walking distance from several restaurants.

My wife and I stayed here celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The service was excellent, the room was nice, and the breakfast was very tasty. It was well priced too.

Nice room, pretty quiet, clean. Quaint neighborhood.
