Inn at I'On, an Ascend Collection Hotel

This was my first time visiting Charleston and The Inn without a doubt the best hotel I could have chosen. My room was spacious and exquisitely furnished with old southern decor. The room was also quite well equipped with amenities. Belton at the front desk was polite and courteous. I'm very thankful for Tony letting us know about the breakfast service included with our stay. Amy and Renee were also extremely helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend The Inn to anyone, and I will definitely be returning.

We got married at The Creek Club this past weekend, and the Inn was recommended to us as the perfect place to stay — and wow, I’m so glad it was! The entire team went above and beyond to take care of us and our wedding party. Their service was truly incredible from start to finish. Even on the wedding morning, Amy had a full setup ready for the girls, which made the morning feel so special. Anything we needed, they were already on it — constantly checking in and making sure we had everything. I feel so lucky that we were able to stay there and be surrounded by such kindness and care. The Inn team made our wedding weekend unforgettable, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Where should I start? The rooms are charming and the beds cozy. The customer service is outstanding.The inn is located in the historic town of I'on with anything you could want right outside their doors. They have an adjacent restaurant called Community Table where we had the best brunch I ever had. Lovely lovely place to stay in Mt. Pleasant.

My family and I stayed at the Inn and the Palmetto house for my daughter’s wedding in October. The staff was awesome , so attentive and welcoming. Our rooms were immaculate, the bed was so comfortable. I love how they would deliver our breakfast every morning and always on time . Amy was wonderful she was so helpful to my daughter and the bridal party. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here as a matter of fact my daughter and her husband will be staying there for their first anniversary !

Amy at the front desk was amazing. We pulled into the parking lot, pulled into a spot really not knowing where we were supposed to park at the hotel and Amy came out and said are you checking in? She immediately took us to the front desk checked us in. Amy was very pleasant very kind, very professional. We loved staying at this hotel and we would definitely would recommend it to a family member or a friend. Everyone was very accommodating.
