Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor Mt. Pleasant

I had an absolutely great experience in this hotel. Check-in was easy and quick. The hotel was clean atmosphere is safe$. Elevators are always available. The breakfast also was great with several different options. You do have the option also to park at the property and the parking garage or under the bridge near the property and walk over. The rooms are a great size. The views are absolutely amazing and the service I received at the bar for happy hour from Ashley, Jenna and Scott as well as Elisabeth was absolutely amazing Impeccable service means a lot nowadays and this hotel definitely has it!

We just stayed at the new Embassy Suites/Ferry Wharf in Charleston, SC. Check-in and parking was a breeze and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a little light on wall art.||The Manager’s Reception was bright, inviting, and the food choices fresh. The entrees offered were well prepared, and hot. We had a nice pizza and salad.||During the reception, we were greeted by Jim of HGV, who presented a list of vacation packages at really good pricing. He was delightfully chatty and well rounded enough to expound on a large variety of subjects which would make any traveler relate very naturally with him.||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and recommend this property highly.

We stayed here for 3 nights while on our Annual Church Marriage Retreat. The stay here was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The room was very clean. I give it a 10 out of 10! Thank you for a wonderful experience! God bless!

The location is excellent—right next to the Ravenel Bridge—and it was easy to get around with a car. However, I was disappointed to find that parking wasn’t free, especially since the property isn’t located in the heart of the city. The staffs I encountered were courteous and quick to respond, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers a free evening reception, but by around 6 p.m., some of the snacks had already run out and were not replenished. Lobby and breakfast area were clean and beautifully maintained. The main downside was the condition of the room, which is starting to show its age. While the space was large, the water pressure—particularly in the toilet—was low. The cabinet doors were loose, the shower faucet and toilet

Positive: Brand new, really nice outdoor courtyard space, breakfast was awesome! Reasonable price for the area and quality of hotel. Negative: PARKING. You have to park on a specific level of the garage, walk to the elevator, take the elevator down to ground floor, walk around the building outside through a long alleyway, enter the hotel, then navigate to the hotel elevator and go to your room.
