I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia to stay for my National Guard weekend as I have done here in the past several times. I called the office at 6:00 PM as a courtesy to let them know I'd be there at 7:30 since I was driving from Orlando. The guy on the phone told me the CC was denied by Expedia (Which was a lie after verifying with Expedia). He told me my room was cancelled because they can't stay around until 1:00 or 2:00 AM waiting for people to check in. Then he hung up on me. I called back and challenged him on hanging up on me and he said he had other customers. Completely rude and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the state as well since they left me stranded and I had to find another place to stay that evening. Highly recommend everyone avoids this place an

Not horrible! I only stayed for two nights. The woman I spoke to checking in and out was friendly despite my awkward unfamiliarity with everything. It was musty and humid as soon as I walked into my room, but the AC worked well as soon as I turned it on. The musty smell will stick around even in a non-smoking room. Can be a little noisy at night, being right next to a busy road, but the location is otherwise fine. No bugs, toilet, sink and shower worked great (amazing shower head!), good lighting and quaint furniture. Loved the designs on the drapery and bedclothes. Generally perfect for my needs. Was clean, cozy, and would stay again for a genuine Florida experience, but I'm not a fancy girl so your mileage may vary.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two days. Disgusting place. The guys in this hotel steal things. Our laptop was stolen and they told us that we need to take better care of our things. The staff is rude. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Honestly, a really solid hotel. Stayed for 3 nights and no problems. Management was simple and effective. Room had no bugs, well working AC, a nice shower and bathroom, a little musty smell but it wasn’t bad. I’m not very fancy but it had all necessities and location was fine. Would stay again but don’t book if you prefer more of a luxurious stay. 5/5!

This place looks really janky when you pull in, so I questioned if I had actually read the reviews correctly. We asked to see the room before we paid, the lady at the desk was nice about it. The room was actually very clean. The bed spreads was pretty, the mattress was comfortable, the A/C was cold, the bathroom was clean. It was pretty loud, both traffic and the neighbors. I have stayed in better, but I have certainly stayed in worse. In this case you legitimately get what you paid for, no more, no less. |
