The Nantucket Hotel & Resort

We stayed at the Nantucket Hotel & Resort from December 29–31, 2025, and it was one of the most memorable experiences. During our stay, my partner Matt and I got engaged at the hotel, and the entire team went above and beyond to make the proposal incredibly special and seamless.||From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to help create a once-in-a-lifetime moment for us. My sister and I would like to genuinely thank the Nantucket Hotel for a most excellent and thoughtful Elin Weekend at the Nantucket Hotel. The weekend surpassed any preconceived expectations and truly made us feel like returning as soon as we are able. Elin truly captured the Nantucket essence and beyond captured what this beautiful island offers in her book title Nantucket Hotel. Your hotel staff especially Sara, Parker and Larissa went above and beyond to help us and make us feel like friends instead of patrons. The beautiful suite had special touches including nespresso coffee, the most comfortable beds and pillows and slippers and robes that made us feel special. We just returned from our thanksgiving in Nantucket / at Hotel Nantucket and I feel compelled to share how great the Team at Hotel Nantucket was from beginning to end! Communication prior to arrival, transportation arrangements to/from/during were perfect as well. Our room was great for three people (me, my wife, 16 yo son) - very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout our stay, answering any questions and making good recommendations throughout. We also participated in the Hotel's Thanksgiving meal - awesome food selection accompanied by very nice background music and attentive wait staff - made our Thanksgiving away from home very memorable. The property is beautiful and perfectly captures the charm and calm of the island. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Sara, Kate, and Wayne were a highlight of our stay as they were incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful in their service and communications. We loved our visit to The Nantucket Hotel and look forward to a future stay!

What a lovely place! Arrival was hassle free. Sunday brunch is very yummy. The staff are all so lovely and kind. Spotlight shout-outs to Omar, Parker & Sophie! The fire engine ride is such a sweet highlight. We didn't want to leave! The day we left they were finishing up the fall decor - very bummed we missed seeing it all finished. It was looking gorgeous! But at least the departure was also hassle free.
