The Brant

I want to start off by saying Nantucket has been on my bucket list for a very long time. I always wanted to visit New England in the fall and thought Nantucket would be thee place to do it right. My husband wanted to go to a tropical island, but I won out.|We didn't need to be super close to the beach/water because it was October and that's not what we were there for. After hours and hours of research, I decided on The Brant. It seemed cozy, more geared for adults and right in the center of town. Perfect.|Now to the trip. I have to agree with the previous review, that the space was very small. I was anticipating somewhat on the smaller side but not this small for $1000 a night in October. We stayed over Thanksgiving and for part of our honeymoon and we had a great time. Perfect location, walking distance to all the fun stuff and good restaurants as well as the ferry. Jason and the rest of the staff made sure everything was just right starting before we even arrived. They took great care of us, offered excellent dining ideas as well as many other things to do. They made sure every detail was perfect. Next time we visit we know where we will stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for the Nantucket Christmas Stroll. My wife and I stayed at The Brant this past weekend, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The design is all about understated elegance—it fits right into the Brant Point neighborhood without trying too hard. Our room was spacious and had a ton of character, especially with the exposed beams that gave it a warm, cozy feel. After the stroll, we ended each night in the lounge with a nightcap—it was just the right vibe. But what really made the stay were the people. Jason, Alex, and Simone were awesome—super friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely great to be around. Already looking forward to next year’s stroll. Can’t recommend The Brant enough if you’re heading to Nantucket.

Jason, Alex, and Simone and the Brant team were all absolutely wonderful and made our Nantucket stay so memorable. We traveled with my toddler son, and they were all so nice and accommodating with him, especially his blueberry snacks. The room was very well maintained with nice amenities. And the cocktails were delicious. The Brant is a close 5 minute walk to the town where all the restaurants and shops were - perfect to be close without all the busyness. We very much enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Our stay at The Brant was perfect. The gentlemen in the reception lodge went above and beyond to curate a perfect experience. From the welcome drink and little christmas ornament in our room as a welcome. It was magic. Cant wait to come back!
