The Loren Hotel Austin

Beautiful view of the river and city. The room was clean and I love the details put into the decor. The automatic blinds are my favorite. The water was always hot. Hotter than I have at my house. The dimmer switches were also a nice touch on every light. The pillows are just plain flat though, but that's been all hotels for me with even 5-star locations. We brought a noise machine for our baby but you can still hear the train horn and loud pedestrians on the bridge. I expected as much because it's the middle of the city. I appreciated that the walls were thick enough not to hear neighbors but of course any running in the hall with children can be heard and doors slamming is like a usual thing in any hotel. The staff were helpful at every corner, with every detail or questions we had. Great

Didn’t have the best stay here. The location is great and the room was nice. Service is lacking. Valet and Ricky (bellhop) were both awesome and very helpful. I booked this through Amex and did not receive the credits agreed upon with my booking. I was also charged for the corp owned non profit, which I did not agree to. If you want to order in room breakfast, it will be near impossible it seems. Overall, not super happy with my stay and wouldn’t pick this location again. The distance to the park and walking trails is ideal.

I had the luxury of visiting the rooftop fusion restaurant with a fantastic view elevator ride. The reception staff is very resourceful and the entrance smells like heaven. The coffee shop in the down floor is a good stop for remote working with a view. It kind of has a local vibe with an international twist.

Really beautiful boutique style hotel located in Downtown Austin. Very comfortable plush bed with robes and slippers. Nespresso coffee maker in the room with a full (paid) bar and snacks. Quiet and stylish with valet parking. All the staff were very polite and kind. We only stayed one quick night, but would recommend for a longer stay to fully enjoy all of the amenities.

We stayed here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and to just find some new places to hangout downtown. I highly recommend this hotel for the service, food and location. Highest compliments to Juliana at the front desk- she went above and beyond to help us. When a bellman couldn’t be found to get our bags, she left the front desk and helped us, all with a smile. Nido, the hotel’s restaurant, has scenic views of downtown, which is worth the visit alone. The food was fantastic. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve bet had - The B.E.C on a roll. Can’t wait to stay here again.
