The Ledges Resort And Marina

The best vacation we have been on! Relaxing, tranquil, picture perfect. Every amenitie you could ask for. Owners were very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early, provided us with everything we needed and more. Grounds are just beautiful, very well maintained and photo props, decor was endless. We can't wait to go back!

The Ledges Resort was amazing. The light house so perfect! It was great being right on the water with views out every window. We loved the private porch and balcony too. Steps off the dock there was a firepit fully equipped with fire wood. The place was super clean. My word or photos don't do it justice. Our group defiantly will be coming back for hopefully a longer visit!

Love love love the Ledges. I’ve been coming out every fall with my husband and son for a few years now. A stay is never disappointing! The grounds are kept up so beautifully and the views of water and castle are stunning. The cottages are beautiful, clean and super cozy. Having a coffee in front of the fireplace and taking in the view of the grounds is just the perfect way to start the day. And ending the night under the stars, hanging around the fire pit with a glass of wine - just perfection 👌 We will be returning each fall for many years to come!

The communication and check-in/check-out process was excellent. We stayed at the Lighthouse right on the water and it was a lovely place to relax after exploring Clayton & Alexandria Bay. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The reason I did not give it all 5 stars is that, like most of the places in Alexandria Bay, there is basic maintenance and upkeep that should be done that has not been done (e.g. from replacing rusty shower curtain rods to replacing broken or missing solar lights on the deck to regrouting the shower tiles or replacing boards on the deck, etc.). Celebrated my 57th birthday with my kids at the Gatehouse 2 cottage at the Ledges Resort. What a great experience. Loved the personal touches across the site and the cottages all have their own individual style. Water skis on the wall and framed fish art set the tone for our stay on the St. Lawrence River in Alexandria Bay. So much to see and do for the outdoor enthusiast and nature lover. The Ledges cottages are strategically placed across the six acres. There is an in-ground pool although we were out of season. They have their own boat rental and canoe and kayaks are available as well. In the center is all this is a high ledge with a gazebo with great view of Boldt Castle. We were here in the fall, things had slowed down, but we enjoyed the leaves which were at peak and cooler temps. So
