Capt.'s Inn & Suites

This hotel is a bargain! It has such clean and recently remodeled rooms. This is a place where Managment cares ! The woman at front desk ( Kimberly) is 5 stars … she made our visit feel like we weee at home . We are from MI and she helped us know what to do in the e area. This might be the best value hotel I’ve stayed at in years.

This was a nice hotel. On our most recent stay there were problems with our room. We were put off for the entire stay waiting for repairs or a room change. Two months later no one has ever called to help us. Pay a bit more for a nicer place,it's better than a wasted expense trip.

I have stayed here in the past and was happy. My last stay there was a problem with my room. I was told the owner would call me,he never has and refused to ever speak with us or have anyone address our troubles. If there's troubles with you stay don't expect any help from this hotel. You can smell the mold from the office ac unit as soon as you check in. I believe it's run by young college children because of the constant partying in the rear office and upstairs. The step into this small room was high and caused you to trip. The television would not turn on. We waited for someone to help or change our room but we were ignored by staff and owner. This is a good place to avoid.

We loved staying here. The price was right. The room was so clean. There were toiletries provided. AC and also a quilt on the bed. The shower was excellent. Towels for the pool too. The staff we dealt with were very helpful. Location for our activities was great. Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

My husband Chris and I have been staying at the Capt's Inn & Suites for years when we go to Alexandria Bay..the staff is super friendly, very accommodating! We are able to bring our cat with us and are able to enjoy our stay stress free! Rooms are very clean and comfy and the hotel is a short walk to downtown A Bay!
