The Edgewood Resort & Conference Center

Oh my goodness! The view from our balcony ! We listened to the river lapping at the sides from the ripples made by the boats and watched jet skis racing in the distance. The rooms were clean with themes appropriately displayed. Our tour was off season for the hot tub and pool outdoors, but would have been well used otherwise. Some of our tour played cards and others frequented the bar. We felt nestled in the woods and so comfortable knowing the wonderful staff were taking care of our every whim. Shout out to the owners and take care of that sweet Yorkie!

The resort is family owned and operated. The rooms were very cozy and had a pine lodge feel with the decor. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River, as well as the Boldt Castle from our back veranda. The food was wonderful!! We ate from the buffet one night, then off the menu the next night. They have killer Mac and cheese, tangy and creamy, yum!! Their seafood is superb and so are their Italian dishes. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. It was a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday, very calm and peaceful. I highly recommend Edgewood!!!

Beautiful resort. Stayed in bear lodge rm 115- lake view beautiful view, clean room. Friendly staff. Food plentiful and tasty- had buffet for dinner -large variety. Breakfast large variety. Had little golf cart the staff used for those that could not walk to lodge. Had pool but did not use it. Restful resort. Would come again!!!

The Edgewood is a lovely, charming and comfortable resort from a different age than the chain hotels that we are all used to staying in for a business trip or a usual hotel booking. An age of grace, friendly service and history if you take the time to look around. The River is right out the window or sliding glass door and in or on the River are the islands, freighters and personal boats that range from old mahogany’s to fishing boats to boats built for speed. The privacy of the Edgewood allows you the opportunity to relax and enjoy this family owned resort…you can work on your computer and then walk out your door, breathe in the River air while be surrounded by trees and buildings that were there long before our cell phones and devices. I was on a Starr tour. This place is wonderful! Wonderful people run this facility. Always ready to do anything for you. The ride provided to the restaurant was a big plus since I have replaced knees and a hip. It made the trip so much better. The food was excellent! I highly recommend this resort!!
