Location was great, very centrally located. Room was nice, but key didn't work, no biggie, they issued a new one. Restaurant and bartenders were great! Food was also very good! Later the first night we found the TV wouldn't turn on. After front desk person did some troubleshooting, he had to replace the TV, with a MUCH smaller TV. Within an hour, the audio quit on that one. Had to wait until next day to have that fixed. Pool and hot were disgusting, actual piles of dirt laying on the bottom. Would not recommend for $200 a night!

Located right on the water with direct views of Boldt Castle. If you’re looking for a quick getaway out of Syracuse or wanting a fishing experience on the St Lawrence River- this is the spot! Alexandria Bay is a charming little town and a great family stay. Hotel has a restaurant, balconies, indoor pool and a super hot shower. Rooms are a little dated but why does that matter when the outdoor views are stunning! Beds are comfortable, great pillow options for whatever type you like. Book this place. You’ll be glad you did!

Stayed here twice this year July and October and both times had a great stay. Attentive staff and clean room. July trip loved the tiki bar outside ( cornhole game would be cool too have on lawn for something to do) but not complaining. October trip most of restaurants and businesses closed which was expected for the time of year. Would definitely stay here again 👍

We came here from Toronto for NEXUS interview and decided to stay for a couple of nights at Riveredge. Our experience was rather positive. Check-in was nice and fast. We did like the room. Ours was jacuzzi suite on a top floor with 2 balconies and nice large windows. Our stay was great . Enjoyed jacuzzi big time after a day of snow walking. Village was totally deserted which we liked and all the hustle and bustle of the big smoke. We had a nice relaxing time at Alexandria Bay. Nice view of the castle . Had a trip to Clayton which we enjoyed also. Hotel a bit dated but it's not that bad. Has certain charm. The only thing is missing was the microwave. Free parking (guys please please de-ice the parking lot and hotel entrance since it was rather icy and slippery).

There should be updated and accessible information on hours of operation forThe main restaurantThe bar restaurant The Tiki BarThere should also be phone number and menu to order food for pickup at the hotel restaurant. There is a serious lack of information at this hotel. On Friday and Saturday night these facilities should be open until at least 10:00 pm.
