The Joule

My wife and I came here the day we got married for our honeymoon and it was something we will remember for the rest of our lives. The hotel is beautiful and the spa is just perfect. David and Colette are amazing. They both literally went out of their way to make our honeymoon memorable and they seriously went above and beyond I’m honestly shocked. They both truly seem to really care about customers and we will make it back to the Joule atleast once a year. Can’t wait to go back! Also I recommend buying the robes they are really comfy

I had an amazing stay at The Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas. From the moment I walked in, the blend of historic architecture and modern design made a huge impression — it feels more like an art gallery than a hotel! The rooms were stylish, clean, and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches that make you feel pampered. The rooftop pool was stunning, offering a unique view over the city and a perfect spot to relax. The on-site dining and bars were fantastic — CBD Provisions and Midnight Rambler are absolute must-tries for their food and cocktails. I also loved the spa; it’s luxurious and really makes you feel rejuvenated.

I went to the Spa at the Joule to celebrate my birthday and let me tell you, the facility and my service was above and beyond my expectations! I chose the Joule service and having Cedric as my provider, heaven sent. 20 plus years of experience and it showed, making sure I was aware of all the things that came with the Joule Service, if flowed seamlessly, from the foot scrub, to the dry brush and scrub, to the warm gloves to remove the salt. After the scrub, Cedric prepared the shower making sure the temperature was to my liking. A full body massage with hot stones followed the shower and off to deep relaxation I went. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at The Joule for a staycation and could not have had a better experience. The hotel is beautiful and centrally located in downtown, but the service is what blew us away. Everyone from the valet and cleaning staff to front desk and management was beyond expectations. Valarian Randle, specifically, went above and beyond for us. We came in from a night out on the town and I was lugging my water bottle when we asked where we should go do a nightcap. After speaking with him I realized that I left my phone in my car and the valet had already taken it back to park. He contacted the valet to retrieve my phone and he hand delivered it to me down in the bar. He also held my giant water bottle at the front desk so I wouldn’t have the inconvenience of haul
