The Inn Sault Ste Marie

We had a large group of people staying there. We were in town for a funeral, and booked around 10 room. The staff was so nice, and accommodating. The breakfast was nice, and the pool was a nice spot for us all to hang out. I only gave the rooms a 3 star, because they are in the process of remodeling.

Positive: Location was perfect. Room was very clean. Negative: Wrong signage. Bed was so firm it felt like sleeping on the floor. Carpet had holes in it. Desk associate was sarcastic verses friendly. Could hear dogs and kids in the hallways.

Room windows had black mold and chipped paint, the jacuzzi tub jets did not work and the water would not drain. Called the front and the lady pretty much said we get what we got for cheap price absolutely insane response will never be back. The hot tub in the pool area was also broke. Terrible customer service never again should be zero stars

As of now, this place doesn't have a chain affiliation. To me, that makes it better! They are making major improvements and don't have lose a percentage of what they charge to a corporate office. Kim the manager and all her staff do a great job.

It was a great hotle the manger Kim was amazing and funny. She was joking with son it was fun. The beds were very comfortable the room was clean and they had the AC on our room was nice and cool when we walked in.
