The Inn At Charles Town Races

location was good. shuttle service to the casino was fast and friendly. our room was clean and comfortable. the shower was amazing with great water pressure. would stay again. everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. breakfast was nice with pancakes, hard boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt with fruit and granola.

In the summertime, we stayed at the inn and we loved it. I am a elite companion on my husband's card.The manager at that time told me from now on to have my name.Added to the reservation.So if I get to the hotel before my husband play kojak me in because my husband is and on the road truck driver and sometimes meets me there. Well, we just went to make a reservation.And now i'm being told that that's not possible.They could add my name to the reservation, but I would still not have access to the room. Even though I have an elite companion Penn's hero a card. So my name is under my husband account. This is very very disappointing, and now it's getting to the point where we are going to only be able to go with other casinos.And not hollywood

We booked a room to celebrate my husband’s birthday and attend a show that evening and were looking forward to a relaxing overnight stay. When we first entered the lobby, we were already a bit skeptical based on the overall condition of the property. Unfortunately, once we got to the room, that concern was confirmed. The room felt significantly outdated, had a strong smoky odor, and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness. The overall feel of the hotel was more like an older roadside motel than what we anticipated. We returned to the front desk to let them know we would not be staying. The woman at the desk appeared visibly irritated and informed us that we would be charged regardless. Given the condition, we decided it was worth driving the hour home rather than risk staying som

I booked this at the last minute without researching or reading reviews. But I hadn't been to this casino in a long time and wanted to be close. Check-in was quick and painless and the staff were professional and friendly. The problems happened when I got to the room. The bathroom sink was visibly dirty. There was used toothpaste in the sink. Really? That's not really hard to miss if you're cleaning a place, especially when the toothpaste is a bright blue, which clearly stands out on a white porcelain sink. This immediately made me question how well the room was cleaned overall. Another problem I encountered was with the TV remote. The remote didn't work at all. The batteries were good (I checked). Not the end of the world, but after a long day, being unable to relax and watch TV without

The rooms are incredible. I lived in Las Vegas for 4 years and spent plenty of (probably too much) time in the different hotels. The cleanliness and moderness of these rooms are on par if not better than most on strip. The water pressure in the showers was awesome. Every member of the staff was friendly and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about the location. The only reason they get a 4 on location is that they are attached directly to the casino.
