Days Inn by Wyndham Charles Town/Harpers Ferry

Stayed here for one night during our trip to Harpers Ferry. The hotel is about a 12-minute drive from the Lower Town, which made it a convenient base. The room was spacious, had all the essential amenities, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Free hot breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a great budget-friendly option for visiting Harpers Ferry.

Positive: "" Negative: WiFi had no signal, could not use at all. Tv guide did not work. Toilet was clogged when we arrived and they made us come to desk to get a plunger to clear it ourselves.

We booked this place as out of towners not knowing what to expect. My bf accidentally booked a smoking room (we didn’t even know that was still a thing). When we walked in it of course reeked of cigarettes and looked dirty. We went to the front desk, they informed us we actually booked a smoking room, and she placed us in a different room (which ended up also being a smoking room). This room though was even filthier than the last. The floor was more stains/grime than it was carpet. There were yellow stains covering both the lamps. The curtains were also FILTHY. I pulled the blanket on the bed back and saw blood stains. That was the final straw and we left to the front desk to ask for a refund. They really wanted to just move me to an actual non smoking room this time. I said the rooms were

Absolutely disgusting. I checked in late and had to switch rooms right away because the first one was covered in hair. The second room was just as bad — hair on the sheets, pillows, between the headboard and mattress, even inside the fridge. The headboard had greasy fingerprints and smear marks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I only stayed one night out of my two-night reservation because I was too exhausted to find another hotel. Even with new sheets, I had to sleep in extra clothes so my skin wouldn’t touch the bed. This place is filthy, unhygienic, and clearly has no standards for cleanliness. Don’t waste your money here. Stay away at all costs. I would also add that this motel posts two listings on all sites, one listing in day light (cheaper and worse looking), the other list

We just love to stay at the Days Inn. Staff and owner is so nice and make us welcome. The rooms are clean and Air conditioner in Room is very quiet. The Breakfast is outstanding and location is perfect. Love this Place
