Home2 Suites by Hilton Charles Town

We have been coming to Charles Town for years and have stayed at every hotel besides Home 2 Suites. This was our first stay. We will never stay anywhere else than here. What a great experience. Our room was so clean! Not like other hotels in the area. The staff was so professional and accommodating. A HUGE shout out to Devante. Such a pleasant gentleman!!! Thank you Hilton for caring about your guests!

It’s guy who work at front desk he’s name Raleigh he think he own the hotel. He’s very rude not friendly very bad hospitality. I had to cancel my reservation to not see he’s face. And the rooms are stinky. Bath rooms fan doesn’t work is broken. They don’t have money to fix it.

My husband and I are from North Carolina and celebrated our 50th anniversary in Charles Town at your fabulous hotel. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming. Every associate displayed a joyful disposition and often asked if they could make our stay better. We would like to recogize 2 of your staff members. Please thank your front desk associate, Daylin. He was extremely friendly, had a welcoming smile and treated us like family. We also want to thank your breakfast associate, Tracy. She was amazing. We enjoyed your breakfast 3 mornings and Ms Tracy worked extremely hard every morning to ensure all our breakfast requests were satisfied. Please recognize these 2 valued members of your team. We plan to travel to WV in the future and will definitely stay at your warm, friendly and top notch

This is our first stay with Home2 Suites. The place was super clean! We used the shuttle to get from the casino to the hotel, which was very convenient. I really liked that there was a big fridge and kithenette. We only stayed one night, so we really didn't use it, but really enjoyed it! Also, the coffee in the lobby is delicious!!
