Hampton Inn & Suites Charles Town

Good, mostly clean hotel. There were some cob webs on the wall and ceiling. But otherwise, very clean and very conveniently located to the casino, food places and downtown area. It was a quick in/out trip, so I didn't get breakfast. Always love the Hampton and how the give us water!!

Best Hampton inn we've ever stayed at and we stay at plenty as we are Gold members of Hilton. They always give us plenty of water with no problem and the front desk and room service and breakfast staff we Know by first name and they are always so helpful. The location is phenomenal and hotel is clean neat and welcoming what a pleasure I guess that's why we go there about 10 or 12 nights a year. My wife and I love it. JJ at the front desk is awesome and Magdalena from room maintenance is fantastic as well. Delicious breakfast for free in the morning too you can't beat this place.

I absolutely love that they allow pets. I’m coming back home after section hiking the Appalachian Trail with my dog and he let me know pretty quickly that he’s too bougie for wilderness camping so far from home (when we camp in Indiana, he has no problem overnighting on some backpacking trails… evidently the wild animals in Virginia really creep him out! (maybe he can smell the bears? We don’t have those in Indiana.) Now we are laying in a king size bed in this hotel about to pass out. He’s calm and quiet and seems content, finally! His trained to lay only on his blanket when we visit hotels. Obviously I’m biased, but he is such a good dog. Great location to visit Harper’s Ferry which is literally 3 minutes down the road. It is across from a little strip mall with some restaurants and a grocery store. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool and Gym are nice and relaxing. Breakfast is ample with a decent selection of breakfast foods. Staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Pleased with our stay and will return when passing through again.
