Knights Inn Charles Town

The free breakfast is only coffee, no food. The room is so dated makes you feel like you stepped into 1970s. The bathroom floor is so weak I was in fear of falling through. Mold all over the shower and window of the bathroom. The beds were so used and old that they was literally broken. Cable was all screwed up and the free wifi did not work. For 61 dollars it was a rip off, the front desk people could only speak broken english. I will never come here again. I advise to spend 10 more dollars and get a room worth what you pay. This is more of a 40 plus tax room, not 60 dollars.

Terrible hotel!! Dont waste your money here. The service was awful. The guy barely spoke English. There was no ice in the ice machine. The soda machine only had 2 sodas in it. They have Wyndham rewards posters everywhere, but are no longer taking them. The outdoor pool is filled in with dirt and doesn't exist. The shower leaked the whole time. The rooms are out of the 70's. They charge you if you lock yourself out of your room. Terrible place. Wouldn't have even given it 1 star if I didnt have to.

This place is the worst !!!!! The front desk lady was rude.blankets had burn holes in them..My husband left with bug bites on his body I told him they must have bed bugs.the mini fridge didn't work the door wouldn't lock because it looked like someone kicked in the door..the frame was busted where the lock was.the toliet didn't flush ..the television kept cutting off .the smell was awful and people apparently live in some of the rooms and they were loud and obnoxious.I wouldn't suggest this place to any one EVER....... This place should be closed down and I can't believe it hasn't been yet ...I've been to rink-e-dink motels this place shouldn't even exist.

Blood on my sheets, towels looked dirty, definitely needed bleach, lamp had a short in it. forever to get warm water in shower then went icecold...one more thing NEVER AGAIN

Front Desk staff very helpful and professional (Ms. Carol). Rates were reasonable and affordable. Being pet friendly really helped. Would definitely go back.
