The Inn At Buffalo Airport

Good spot if you need to crash for the night before or after a flight. Hotel smells like smoke but the room for the most part didnt. It was clean but keep in mind this is an affordable and basic hotel for people traveling. So don’t expect an extremely nice hotel with everything brand new. The staff was extremely kind! Breakfast was a good basic continental which is great considering how affordable the stay was. Also loved that it was .5 miles from the airport and they had a great shuttle included. Truly can’t beat the price for all that was included here!

Clean room, comfortable bed, super friendly staff at the front desk. Nothing fancy but a good place to sleep. Support shuttle to the airport is good. Be sure to call when you return so they know to pick you up. Our driver for the return trip honestly could have used a shower and it would have been nice to have the AC turned in in the van. Thankfully it was a short trip down the road.

After a small problem on billing, Marie took care of me and was very professional about the situation. Our room was very nice and quiet, when we were in it. Location was perfect, close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. Thanks to Josh, Kim, Marie and the housekeeping. A special thanks to Katie. She is a fantastic employee. Hope to be back in the future. Loved seeing the snow!

My experience wasn't good, I didn't even complete my stay at the hotel. I just couldn't. The tub was very noticeably dirty, dust everywhere, toilet seat was loose and the television didn't work. 🥴 I gave service 4 stars and that's only because of Katie and Joshua (I believe that's their names) you two were very kind and understanding. ) Thank you! Besides them and the decor of the room (which was nice), I have nothing else nice to say.

I do a lot of traveling for work! This place needs to hire friendly people the guy in the front desk was very unprofessional and very rude, I think his name was Chris. I book my customers here and my staff but I regret it tremendously! Today was my first night being here and I go to the room and I see dirty sheets, towels, and the shower wasn’t clean because there was hair all over. The outlets don’t work at all as well as one the lamps. The lamps were just put on there for decoration really. I won’t be booking people to this hotel ever again.. The only good thing about this room was the alarm clock because it has an adapter. Spend 30 dollars extra for a better hotel! Don’t bother booking here unless your desperate and all other hotels are booked !! One more good thing Dennys is next door!
