SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hershey Near the Park

Positive: The staff was excellent, putting me at ease that my room was saved for a 1:00 AM arrival. Checkin was easy, as was checkout and the room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect with Hershey to get to the amusement park, shopping & food Negative: Water pressure for the shower was ok, not great

We’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s fine, but there are significant issues with service and room setup. We booked a two queen room but they were definitely double beds not queens. The bed by the window was immediately against the air conditioner and when the ac turned on it was blowing super cold air right on the person sleeping there. The toilet got clogged and when I asked for someone to come up to unclog it, the front desk attendant told me no one was on duty to help and just gave me a dirty plunger to do it myself. The room phone was broken and when I told the front desk about that they just ignored me.

Decent place, rooms are a little dated though they are currently doing upgrades throughout the building. A quick ride to Giant Center and Hershey park. Overall a good place to stay..

Visited this past weekend with my family. Hotel is like 5 mins from Hershey Park/Chocolate World. Has a good amount of EV stations compared to hotels we’ve visited. Room was clean. A major con & reason we might not return is the showers were cold in the morning. And not a deal breaker, but the pool was ice cold so we didn’t use it.

Our stay here was meh. The breakfast made my husband sick, and the small refrigerator they had the milk in wasn't cold. The garbage cans putative were overflowing and not touched for the two days we were there. No water pressure in the shower, that was a disappointment. The shower had something slipper on the floor of it the first shower my husband had while there. Bed was fine, room was clean otherwise. It was somewhere to sleep, I guess.
