The Heights Hotel

Our unit was perfect! Beautiful view of the ocean. A short walk to all the local shops and the restaurant next door is top notch! Our room was clean. We loved the coffee and the deck/balcony was relaxing. A surprise was a jetted tub! Perfect ending to our week long vacation. Would recommend!

The Heights Hotel was outstanding. The room, location, and views were wonderful. This is the best place for a getaway. The host was very helpful and was easily available. The restaurant next to it was also top-notch!

Location was great looking over the ocean looking towards the islands. Great food next door. Would not suggest staying on the first floor in the summer. Loud guests upstairs until about 2am and the outdoor bar right out your window with live music. No place to sit outside the room and enjoy the view. Room was great beds were comfortable. Parking was kind of a mess and check in time seems to need to be later as our room wasn't ready upon our arrival.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had — especially for nearly $400 a night. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all — unmade beds and clearly not ready for guests. The front desk lady was nice and offered us a different room, but it was smaller, dirty, and had mold in the bathroom. The shower was in terrible shape, and everything felt neglected. I was told I’d get a 10% discount for the inconvenience, but that never happened. The only good thing? There’s a café downstairs with really tasty pizza. But that alone doesn’t make up for the awful room conditions. I wouldn’t stay here again.

NEVER STAY HERE! I booked a room over a month ago when I came to check in at 5 PM. There was no one to check in at the lobby. Finally got a number for an outsourced management company that had me on hold for 3 hours with multiple calls. There is all sorts of issues on their system and the service was terrible. When I was finally able to get in the room they were falling apart.
