Shore Haven

This was our third time staying at Beach Breeze. It is a home away from home. You are greeted warmly by the staff as they show you the cozy kitchen area with fresh coffee available all day, the outdoor pool area with fire pit and the beautifully decorated guest rooms. We stayed in a poolside double. All linen, towels and toiletries are first class. We enjoyed the huge front porch with rattan rockers, overlooking the spacious front yard. The beach is steps away, and the surrounding neighborhood beckons you to very enjoyable walks. Great base camp to see the Cape.

Our team from Singapore came for work and chose to stay here for a week, considering options in Falmouth. Best decision ever. The rooms were accurate to images, well-furnished, clean, and had such charming vibes. There's fresh coffee in the morning, hot cocoa in the evening, and refreshing lemon water all day. Location is so prime - 100 yards to the beach? Beach chairs and towels up for grabs so no excuse not to go take a dip and bask in God's amazing sunrise and sunset displays. Shops are within walking distance which was great as we didn't drive. Rosalyn, Jennifer, Emma, Kristen, Sara, Shasta were genuinely friendly and great hosts. What could have been a disaster turned into a blessing. We had accidently booked 2 nights instead of 3. They were happy to accommodate, and we loved having the unplanned extra night there. The room was adorable--perfect for 2 with a little private patio for our morning coffee. All immaculate. We appreciated the early morning access they provide to their main kitchen which had pots of GOOD coffee with real milk (thank you!) and Torani. Kristen at the desk couldn't have been more cheerful and helpful. She gave us our favorite reco of the trip--a wonderful bar/restaurant for delicious cocktails, our first quahog (it was delish), buttery lobster and fun chats with friendly locals. Beautiful venue! Even though this was a personal visit, I do travel quite often for work. This place is phenomenal! The staff there is the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel setting! Very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Location is just a very short walk to the beach. The fire pit and complimentary hot chocolate bar was a nice touch!

10/10 recommend.||This was my first “B&B” experience and it was perfection. The place was so cute. Our room had everything we needed and the AC worked well (I always worry about that in hotels). They had a firepit, coffee hour in the morning, pool, cornhole, plenty of outdoor seating (which a cute wrap around porch) and yard.||Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local places as well as restaurants and things to do for other areas we were traveling to. |100% would go back here and look into other Lark Hotel locations.
