Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge

This is a motel, not a 5 star hotel, do not expect anything more of it. The location is 6 minute walking from the island queen ferry and 2 minute walking from Black Dog Cafe. Additionally, it’s 3 minute walking from the beach, 2 minute driving from Starbucks and the Main Street with all the shops and markets. The room was big enough for my wife, my baby and I. The staff were super nice and helpful with anything we needed. This is a perfect place to spend the night if you’re planning to be out most of the day. Although it was too cold to use the pool - we arrived in mid September, the pool looked very clean and maintained and definitely big enough for this size motel. I didn’t add any photos because their online photos represent the place pretty accurately.

We just spent three wonderful nights here. The motel is perfectly located a short walk to both beaches and restaurants so you won’t have to worry about parking. We had the best sleeps thanks to the comfortable mattress in our cozy room. Our room was impeccably clean and nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t use the pool since we were at the beach every day but the pool looked crystal clear and spotless. If we had more time we likely would have used it. We can’t wait to come back next summer and already know this will be our new annual summer Falmouth stay.

Mom & Pop place, not a chain - so lots of pros and cons with that - very friendly desk personnel - Room was good - we opted for main lodge (cheapest room) and it was fine —- room had some extra space in it so we didn’t feel too cramped - bed was good -flannel sheets to make it warm and cozy - tv could have been bigger (but that’s nitpicking) - our only 2 complaints would be the Wi-Fi leaving something to be desired and the ather being the bathroom - be prepared for cruise ship cabin sized bathroom with the lowest toilet I’ve seen since second grade (and although that might sound funny, if you have mobility issues, it could be a concern). …. Otherwise quiet, safe and clean which is usually the most important qualities

Positive: Easy to access room, friendly staff. Clean. Negative: The room had a smell that was like an old basement, but it was clean.

What a beautiful property! Stayed in the two bedroom loft and could not ask for anything more. Clean, spacious and quiet — and added bonus mere steps from the beach and restaurants. Can also walk to the ferry from here and the price considering the location was especially reasonable. Will definitely be back.
