THE Estate Tampa

This house in Tampa was beyond anything I could have imagined — hands down one of the most stunning and unique places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was spotless, newly refurnished, and beautifully designed. It’s massive, yet every space feels thoughtful and inviting. The game room was a total highlight — packed with arcade games, a pool table, and plenty of space to hang out and have fun. I also loved the indoor-outdoor bar setup that connects the kitchen area to the pool and hot tub outside — such a great touch! Speaking of the pool, it was absolutely gorgeous with a waterfall feature that made it feel like a private resort. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at night. We stayed at this place in Tampa for New Year’s, and honestly, it was amazing. There were 15 of us, and the place was perfect, plenty of rooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space and privacy. It felt super comfortable, like each of us had our own little suite. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The host was awesome too, really made everything easy. We ended up spending most of our trip just hanging out at the place because it was that cozy and fun. New Year’s is coming up again, and it made me think about how much we loved that stay. I’d definitely go back in a heartbeat.

I have stayed at The Estate on multiple occasions and it just keeps getting better and better! It’s like renting an entire boutique hotel or Riad — each suite has an ample, well-appointed bedroom and an en-suite luxury bathroom. Personally I love art in a bathroom — a chic little detail! Even though it’s huge, there is a lot of thought put into the various spaces: an outdoor lounge is the perfect spot for a midday poolside lunch. The pool and gigantic hot tub are the best late night chill spot in the house. The indoor/outdoor bar is the ideal group pre-game zone. The dining room is set up for a large group meal. There is a pool table room, the NIGHTCLUB!, and an arcade. Lots to do, spread out so that everyone can enjoy what they’re doing without impeding on what others might be doing. I h

Had the best stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and hot tub was beyond amazing with the perfect set up .The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out super smooth. Perfect location and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was AMAZING!! This home was even more stunning than the photos - Beautifully decorated, spotless and equipped with every luxury detail from the comfortable linens to the fully equipped kitchen. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to our needs. This property exceeded all expectations!
