This was our third time staying at the Crown & Anchor, and it was just as good as our previous visits. The rooms are charming, the staff is attentive and friendly, and if you're willing to spring for a room with a balcony, the views are unbeatable. There is a nightclub on the first floor, so just keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper. This hotel is very walkable too!
The service was exceptional. The inn has a common area, they call the library. It was so comfortable and accessible. One of my favorite parts was the outside deck which overlooks P-towns commercial street. Great people watching. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was innovative and delicious. This is the only place I would stay again in Provincetown.
I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I saw an Anita Cocktail show at the cabaret. The show was fantastic first of all, but what was most incredible was the service. I am hard of hearing and my hearing aids broke down earlier in the day & I was nervous to go to a show I wasn’t sure I’d be able to hear. The staff was extremely accommodating to my disability & very kind about it. Thank you Crown&Anchor for being inclusive and making what could’ve been a stressful night for me an incredibly fun one!
We saw Tina Burner’s Boob Tube show here and it was fantastic! The Crown Cabaret was a good space for the show because of its size. There was no assigned seating for general admission tickets, so get there 30-40 minutes before the show starts to get seats closer to the front. If you get there a little too early, grab a drink and play some shuffleboard to kill time. Tina’s show was smart, political, nostalgic, fun, and funny; couldn’t recommend it more highly!
Honestly the best spot for your stay in ptown. Very nice room, comfy bed and pillows, everything you may need is here and if it’s not, they will make it happen. Every morning we were offered a morning pastry or shortbread and coffee. Get go above and beyond to answer and questions and make you feel at home. 10/10 DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE
