We generally prefer hotels but since we were traveling with our 2 little dogs and there’s no Residence Inn in Cape Cod, we decided to give it a try based on good reviews. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. Jeanne is the most warmed-hearted and gracious hostess, you feel right at home with her while still have all your privacy and freedom. The room we had upstairs (Wellfleet) has its own bath, private entry and a beautiful, spacious and super clean deck with secured baby gate for the dogs. All the rooms in this cozy Inn have private baths and separate entries and parking spaces which is a huge bonus. The Inn is centrally located, near restaurants, shops, beach and park. There are some traffic noise as a trade off (located on one of the major streets) but none too loud to keep you a

My stay at the Conch Innn was very nice. I was able to bring my little shih tzu along and he was pampered like a king! The room has a private entrance, a mini fridge, coffee maker, and wine glasses for use. There was also an electric fireplace. The location was nice, a few blocks from a park and another few blocks from a beach. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, served promptly at 9. Even my little dog was offered some food. The owner is very sweet, she was quite talkative and wanting to get to know you.

This was our first visit to the Cape to visit some friends for a few days.||||Now I have never come across a bad B & B in the States. Maybe I have been lucky I don't know but again the Conch Inn proved to be a great find and a very pleasant place to stay which made our visit even more enjoyable.||||We stayed in the Eastham Room with its four poster bed, which was excellent, and its full amenities. Jeanne makes this place cosy a little home from home. The bathroom is fully stocked with plenty of towels.||||The room has a fridge, coffee making facilities, free wifi and free parking. ||||What I like about the B & B scene is the breakfast chats in the mornings with the other guests. You kind of make new friends for a couple of days even though you may never see them again. As for the breakfast

And when I say full of hospitality, I mean it! Jeanne and Doug could not have been better hosts. On Friday night, Jeanne made sure everything was ready for our arrival. On Saturday, we had this amazing quiche for breakfast. On Sunday, not only did Jeanne bake the best chocolate croissant I have ever had, but she also drove me and my wife back into Hyannis so we could catch our sightseeing train. This is the essence of taking care of your guests. We felt so welcome and taken care of. We would love to come back in the future. Oh, and the room was really well decorated, too.

The Inn is very quaint and pretty, and Jeanne gives her guests such a warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble, and guests are treated like family. The breakfasts were wonderful - delicious home-cooked food, and lots of it!||||There is parking at the back of the B&B, with access to the rooms from there. We stayed in the comfortable Eastham room, which has a four poster bed, and its own back porch with table and chairs. Sometimes B&B rooms in historical buildings can feel cramped, but this was certainly not the case here.||||The location is very good, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. You can walk to the beach in just under 10 minutes, and Dennis Port is a very short drive away, or a 15 minute walk.||||This place would be top of our list when we return to Cape Cod!
