Kingfisher Oceanside

Stayed here with our two small children. The room was so clean and spacious could use a little table 😉 other than that the location was perfect, steps to the beach, steps to the pelham restaurants, little cafe shop steps away and a short drive to other excellent restaurants. The car was right outside our door. As parents we know how much stuff we carry around so the convenience of this place was A+.It was so quiet and the staff was so attentive and helpful. The pool was a great plus our kids loved it. We will definitly stay here again.

Exactly as expressed from website. IT is NOT the beach..but 1 min walk to beach. the value of price for the room was great. comfortable and response to the txt of staff was quick. If you want to search other motels. you may pay more if you plan to stay in the motel which may be all day long. |It is located near dunkin and stop/shop and CVS within 6 min drive. also, laundromat for your day on the beach. no complaints and no extra charges or hidden charges

Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: No place to sit and relax in the room after hitting the beach all day. No chairsNot enough electrical outlets. There should have been outlets next to each bed with at least one place to plug in your personal stuffNo bathroom in office.

1st time staying here So glad we did we had the king size room and it was so nice and big and spotless. Room was so cute and comfy and the bed and pillows were perfect. Very easy to check in and check out The pool looked nice we didn't get to use it so to the weather. And acces to the beach is a few steps away. Definitely will come back

We just finished our first stay here. The owner was so accommodating and nice! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and the rooms were SO CLEAN when we arrived! The place looked brand new. We especially loved the contactless check in, code to get into our room, steps away from the beach, dinning and the pool! It was quite literally the best location for a cape cod stay! | even had an issue when I originally booked through Priceline, and they fixed it, and even gave me a refund for what I had OVERPAID! My recommendation is, to book through kingfisher ocean side's website directly!! We stayed in a single room with 2 full beds (we were 3 adults). The rooms were on the smaller side BUT it didn't matter, it was exactly what we needed. It had everything we needed and we basically on
