Colony Beach Motel

I have stayed here several times over the years. Actually, I think the first time I was here was around 1975! It hasn't changed that much since then. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. If you are having a hard time trying to figure out how to adjust the air conditioning or the heat then I'm including some pictures of the remote to help explain it. You have to slide down a part of it to access the settings.

Was so great to be back here after many years! It was just as perfect as I remember it being. We had the Ocean View efficiency and it fit our needs perfectly. The view from anywhere there is great too! The pool was refreshing, and the deck was perfect for us to lay in the sun and watch the kids on the beach playing in the sand and ocean. We cooked lobster dinners in our room and had everything we needed to make a great dinner. The rooms are well supplied with things you would need to do so. Even dish soap and a sponge! The refrigerator was a good size for water, drinks and the groceries we both. Can't wait to stay here again next year, God willing! Thank you to the owners and staff for an enjoyable weekend! Wonderful location. It is a treat to have the choice between the pool and the ocean. Both are just steps away. Neighboring Motel has live music, food and a Tiki bar within walking distance.

The “motel” is not your typical “motel”. It was awesome! The room was spacious and clean, the kitchenette had pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc they even supplied a scrubber sponge and a small bottle of dish detergent and dish towels!||The room was super clean, updated and nice and cool. It was so comfortable.||We had an ocean view room and were able to sit outside and have morning coffee and look at the ocean.||The pool is just steps away and the private beach a few steps further.||The pool deck and oceanfront deck had very comfortable lounge chairs and I liked that there was a shower to wash your feet off steps up from the beach.||The staff was super friendly and because of the storm coming today the office opened early in case any of us that were scheduled to check out wanted to check

The pool was coming apart and hurt my kids recently. The staff didn't care. Its a great place to watch foxes taking a shit on the roof of hotel.
