The Cayuga Inn at the Finger Lakes

not as bad as what other reviews say. did a bug check no bugs that i saw. rooms definitely a little out dated but not too bad. brought my own cleaning supplies to clean jacuzzi tub cuz yea. smells like spanish food in halls not too bad of smell in room but brought a candle and febreeze. overall not a bad room for a night especially for the price. would i stay again? probably not but not a bad room for not checking reviews before booking. definitely had my scared from the previous reviews. owner was also pretty nice

Front desk clerk was nice, but the hotel room was below standard. The carpet was dated and dirty, the smell in the room was mixed of cheap cologne and secondhand smoke. The window had a huge crack on it. There was no fitted sheet but instead two flat sheets. The bed cover was dirty and had brown stains. It was filthy. It was my fault for taking chances on cheap rates through Expedia $75 a night. I didn't feel comfortably sleeping there. I end up going to a different hotel. Cheap rates at this hotel are not worth it.

I just want to say, that I've stayed here a couple of times and the service and the employee's were truly amazing. I felt at peace. It was very quiet, definitely the hotel to go to if you're looking for a good, peaceful experience.Number one on my list

Absolutely, reasonable pricing with excellent quality. The gentleman at the front desk is absolutely professional with welcoming smile. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality.

Avoid this Hotel at ALL costs!! It is full of roaches. I encourage anyone who has attempted to stay here and had to leave because of bugs; contact the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) and tell them how unsanitary this place is. Wow!! Just wow!! I can’t believe Hotels.Com and Expedia allow this place to advertise, so so wrong!
