Grant Motel/Auburn taxi

Would have a better review but the owner is money hungry. Can't wait for people to get paid, knowing people here live paycheck to paycheck. This is suppose to be a shelter for the homeless, instead the owner only cares about the money. Ive been told by dss that the owner of the motel had called 3 times one day before 11am complaining that I didnt get my voucher to the motel before 11am. Mind you I was at dss by 10am and rely on public transportation.

Please be aware that if you enter one of these rooms you will have a new friend for life. The insects that infest this property cannot be identified and will effect your health indefinetly. .there is no star to identify this place to. It is the most inhumane existence I know of. Feces covera the walls toilets floors and shower. Blood stained sheets...blanket was never washed this year and if you think the bugs that live here are sharin the bed...think again. If you dare touch the microwave ......something now lives on you. If you think it's an exaggeration.....pls let me know personally. Whomever it is that really ns/cleans/pays for this establishment should he put in jail. I wanted to callbhe cops personally as I believe it is an intentional way to hurt ppl. Would have had another star but quality was not great. Maintenence staff were great, personable and showed sincere care. Custodial staff prevented a lower score.

Bed bugs the size of frosted flakes water leaking from the roof and heater don't work

Nice place to stay. It's right in the middle of the shopping district.
