We stay here frequently, visiting family. I've been delinquent in posting a review because it keeps slipping my mind. We are always happy with everything about the hotel. The rooms are nice. They aren't fancy, but they are well-kept and have what we need. We find the beds very comfortable and appreciate the in-room fridge and microwave. We want to offer special mention for the fabulous staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. We're there so often that they know us by name! Carrie and Sheldon at the front desk along with Mindy and Brenda in the dining room for breakfast are always ready with a smile and a warm greeting. We really appreciate their kindness and attention when we visit.

Positive: The staff! Check-in was more than efficient and pleasant. It was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room and the hotel itself were clean and updated. But the reliable professionalism of the staff was just outstanding and made my stay excellent. Negative: Very minor - but the pool in the middle of the courtyard was a drawback for me. The smell of chlorine and the noise took away from the experience. I did find that the noise and smell were greatly reduced inside of the room - definitely not dealbreakers.

This is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The indoor pool was right outside of our room along with a common area and everything in there echoed and they had single pane glass so you could hear everything in our room. The pool closed at 8, everyone got out of the pool at 9. There was teenagers yelling until midnight.,The curtains were falling off the wall, the mirror and wallpaper in the bathroom were broke and falling off, it smelled so strong like paint you could still smell it the next morning where they painted the ceiling. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door with nothing on the bottom so no way to close the door and it stay shut. No one could take a shower in peace. I will not stay here again or recommend this hotel. There was an automated text that said thanks for staying he

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Auburn for one night as a stopover on my way to a ski trip in Vermont. Since this was a free night for me, I wasn’t overly concerned about value, but the stay turned out to be memorable for reasons I didn’t quite expect. I booked a room with one king bed and an additional daybed that extends into another pull-out, allowing the room to sleep up to four people. The room itself is quite large and spacious, with plenty of floor space and a generously sized closet—I was easily able to fit my large check-in suitcase inside with room to spare. From a purely functional standpoint, everything worked as it should, and the beds were comfortable. That said, this has to be one of the most visually interesting—and honestly hilarious—hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. None

Disappointed by Lack of Transparency – Not the Family-Friendly Stay We Expected plus room issues. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing. I stayed at this hotel with my two granddaughters while we attended a dance workshop nearby and I had hoped for a fun and relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the stay left me stressed and disappointed — mostly because of a lack of transparency about what was going on at the hotel during our stay. When we arrived, we were told we had received an upgrade. While that was appreciated, the room had a mildew smell — not overwhelming, but noticeable. I couldn’t tell if it came from the HVAC system or the furniture. The room itself was clean but definitely dated, which I could overlook. The room had a trundle bed, which seemed
