Hilton Garden Inn Auburn

Stayed here for two nights with my spouse and teenager. It happened to be the same weekend as Syracuse University graduation, so prices were very high. ||The hotel itself was fine - clean, quiet. The doors to the rooms are the heaviest doors ever. The Buffet breakfast in the lobby felt like it should have been one of those free hotel breakfasts. It wasn’t anything special. After paying $13 per person the first night, we decided to grab breakfast in the town of Skaneateles the next morning and enjoyed that much more.

Well located, but more importantly the staff was warm and friendly and went out of their way to take good care of me. Really excellent food choices to purchase at the front desk, and a first-rate buffet and cooked-to-order breakfast. Without question, this was the best traveler’s hotel breakfast offerings that I’ve seen. The onsite restaurant was also quite good. Every member of the staff went the extra mile, and with a genuine smile.

I travel a LOT and this is one of my favorite Hitons to stay at. I am here quite often and it almost feels like home! The rooms are nice and the restaurant (The Refinery) is amazing. Great food and excellent service. James, Moriah, and the rest always greet you and are willing to do anything to make your stay the best it can be. My only wish is that there would be a TV guide in the rooms--finding stations is difficult or maybe I am missing something :) Great Job team Auburn! Y'all always make me feel at home!

I stayed here for 13 weeks For business. I travel a lot so I have a lot to compare it to. This was a great place to be for 13 weeks.!! There are two front desk, people that I really would like to Thank & applaud for their amazing customer service and attention to a guest needs! They are Moriah & James!! If you are so lucky to be welcomed by Moriah and James, I know you’ll have a great stay and your every request if possible , will be taken care of! When I would come in after work or even just in the morning leaving for work, I would always get a big smile and a welcome from both of them. They always made me feel very much at home and took care of anything that I needed! They are wonderful…. I hope Hilton Hotels sees this and understands how valuable they are to the Hilton Corporation, t
