The Campbell House Lexington, Curio Collection by Hilton

Great experience at The Campbell House! The hotel itself is beautiful! The lobby was warm and welcoming, the roaring fire helped, and the staff was quick and attentive! The room was luxurious, the best bed, soft seats and all amenities you would expect, usb plugs on the lamps, alarm clock, refrigerator and large tv. The attached restaurant, The Rackhouse Tavern was excellent, awesome Old Fashioned, and great food. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Lovely character hotel in a good location for Lexington. My Wife, 5 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Having the restaurant on site for breakfast was a big help, and we always saw it very busy in the evening with guests eating and drinking. The reception is grand with lovely fireplaces to warm up at. ||Bed was comfy and room was big enough for the 3 of us. I’m just over 6 foot tall and didn’t find the bathroom small, and the hotel has obviously taken into account peoples views, and pedestal storage was provided in the bathrooms with plenty of space.

Positive: The staff very helpful through the day and night. Negative: The refrigerator door was falling apart. Didnt close couldnt cool the drinks in it.You cant have guest pay for parking after paying rooms and other services.There was a certain smell coming off

Clean room. Nice bed. All complimentary hygiene you need. Rooms need a mini fridge, a bench for luggage and better pillows. They also couldn’t provide more pillows and some people like myself need several to sleep comfortably. Staff were nice enough. The hotel is lovely.

Lisa at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Everything else about this place was a disaster. Have to pay for parking despite hundreds of empty rooms and a deserted parking lot. The entryway looks nice, then you step into the lonely dark hallways and suddenly enter the fictional backrooms. Very few guests, but I had to walk a mile to get to my room and magically right next to two people who were very loud all night. Could hear absolutely everything through the walls. Felt like a murder castle with fewer features. No fridge, no microwave, AC unit was broken. No toothbrush. Nowhere to put towels. Soap/shampoo smelled like insect repellent. Thin fabric shower curtain so taking a shower soaked the curtain and drenched the entire floor. Advertised a smart TV so I didn't bring a FireStick b
