The Brownwood Hotel & Spa

I had such a wonderful experience at Brownwood Hotel & Spa, and a big part of that was thanks to Nina at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable during my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who truly enjoys what they do, but Nina’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. She made me feel valued as a guest, and that level of customer service makes all the difference. Thank you, Nina, for setting the tone for such a great stay! I’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms, surroundings, and pool area are beautifully designed with lots of character. The restaurant has an interesting menu and excellent service. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Villages nightly entertainment. Convenient shuttle to the Orlando airport. Perfect!

Although we were married at Howey Mansion, we wanted to find the perfect nearby hotel for our guest room block and for our families (and us!) to stay throughout the wedding weekend. From the moment we toured Brownwood Hotel & Spa, it was a no-brainer. Katie was absolutely amazing to work with. Her communication was excellent, and she stayed in touch with us throughout the entire planning process. Positive: "" Negative: They need to upgrade their mattresses. I normally sleep on a certain side of the bed and that side of the mattress I could tell was much more worn than the other side when I went to go lay on that side instead. Other than that, it's a great hotel
