Hotel Eastport

The hotel and staff are excellent. The only reason we did not score it a 10, was our room at check-in was not ready. We had an dinner reservation with family and we could not get into our room. While this was sort of minor in nature, we were not sure why this happened. The room was very nice and clean. Although a little pricey, we would recommend staying there. Very convenient to Eastport were we plan on moving to.

Staff were wonderful and welcoming. Rooms were great, bar and restaurant were great. Great drinks and food. Had a great experience here. Would 100/10 recommend. Great atmosphere, has good shopping and entertainment nearby.

I can’t say enough amazing things about my recent stay—it was truly exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by the front desk supervisor, Andrew. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Professional, personable, and incredibly attentive, Andrew handled every detail with ease and a warm smile. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such genuine hospitality. He anticipated needs before I even had to ask and made the entire check-in process seamless and enjoyable. The entire front desk team reflected his leadership—courteous, organized, and always ready to help. It’s clear that Andrew sets the tone

The staff were exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, both of which were addressed promptly. A lot to do around the Hotel. I will come back. Definitely recommended to everyone.

The minute I entered the Hotel Eastport lobby, I knew this was going to be special. The architecture and attention to detail was stunning. The staff were amazingly friendly, and seemed genuinely grateful that my wife and I were joining them for the night. The 3rd floor room, although not large, was elegantly presented. The king-size bed was very comfortable, the sheets were luxurious, and the pillows - plentiful. There was un upscale in-room refrigerator with a glass door (so nice, because it ensures that you don’t leave anything behind). Entering the bathroom was like stepping into a spa. The shower was extra large, and the backlit mirror made you feel special. We stepped out onto the riverside lanai, and could hear music from Eastport Square. We would have loved to sit out there a enjoy
