Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wildwood – the Villages by IHG

I rented 2 rooms one for my son and one for myself. We were greeted with welcoming smiles and a very cheerful staff. My Hat off to Scott for having such a wonderful crew which is spot on, if you mention a problem it is fixed immediately. I must give mention of Christine and Desiree all of which remember me from previous stays even though it was months ago and have always given excellent service. Linda is with housekeeping and is also all smiles and makes sure that everything is running smooth and your needs are met. I absolutely love this Holiday Inn Express and stay there whenever I am in town. They seem to have a lot of return guest as a met a couple when they came in and were greeted by name. This hotel is very clean it had everything we needed. The people at the front desk are amazing. They gave a suggestions where to eat which was very good. We needed an extra pillow and a toothbrush and we didn't even get charged for the toothbrush. Breakfast in the morning was very good. It even had cheese omelets and a veggie white omelette besides the pancake machine which was so cute. They had juices, milk, oatmeal, cereal, lots of fruit. I wish they had bacon but they had sausage links. They had hash browns. Everything was good and hot and the woman that is in charge of that area is very friendly. This hotel significantly exceeded our expectations! Everything inside and out was spotless, and this was during a sold-out weekend with a group of (very polite) young football players who were likely four to a room. There was not a fingerprint on any door, the lobby - and elevators - were mopped several times a day, the all-day coffee was always fresh and stocked and even the elevator door channels were spotless (you know that place where the doors open and close that normally collects all manner of yuck). The you g front desk agent, Tabitha was warm and friendly, and remembered names!! The breakfast was great and well stocked. Really, everything was great, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We drove all day from Missouri needed a room last minute to catch a few hours of sleep. The staff was very nice and helpful. Beverly I believe was the receptionists name and was very kind and helpful. Would stay here again if I was in the area in the future.

Cathy handled our reservation efficiently, answered all our questions with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay.
