Lake Deaton RV Park

This RV park was very delightful from start to finish. We stayed for almost 7 months. The manager Jason was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. I could not ask for a better experience. The people in the park were also very friendly. You can participate in park events where people treat you like family with no judgement or stay to yourself and enjoy your own quiet peace of mind. I would definitely come back again when in the area. The park is also close by to pretty much anything you can imagine, from shopping to entertainment. (My favorite place was in the Brownwood Square with free live entertainment every night, awesome food choices and shopping) Thank you so much Jason for everything.

this a great place to stay, my wife and i have been coming here since 2010, Jason is a great manager and he does run a tight ship, this park was not taken care of with the last managers and Jason came in and started improvements the first year he was here.|and these people that are giving this park and Jason a bad rating are just mad because they were asked to leave the park, and believe me they were given more warnings about smoking dope and drinking beer and starting trouble in the park, this is a safe place to stay, and convent to everything. we will be there 11/01/2025 we can't wait to get there.

Lake Deaton RV Park gets five stars from me. It's super serene with that beautiful lake right there-perfect for unwinding. The manager, Jason, goes above and beyond, always checking in on needs. Honestly, it's a wonderful spot if you want peace and good vibes. Highly recommend.

If you’re searching for an RV park, this is the one to choose. I’ve stayed here for over a year and a half, and it’s fantastic. Jason, the manager, is a wonderful person who maintains the park exceptionally well. Unlike most RV parks in the area, which can feel cramped, this one offers ample space and a serene, peaceful atmosphere.Plus having the advantage of being one minute from the Villages.

I have lived here at Lake Deaton RV Park for almost 2 years now and love it. Jason and park crew keep things maintained and all public shared areas immaculate. Anytime there has been an issue, help is usually a quick call or text away! I would recommend the park to any of my friends or family.
