The Bradford

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend and I have nothing but good things to say! The property was well maintained, clean, and so cute. You book which room you want (1-11) when you book originally which was cool. We choose number 10 with never having been there before. When we got there, all of the rooms were pretty similar from the looks of them. Room 1 and 2 are right near the fire pit so I would think that it might be a little more nosey some nights. The room was super cute and spacious. Had a super comfortable king bed, table and two chairs for seating, fridge, and a small bathroom. Nice deck in front and on the side of the room. Very clean. Bad people. I reserved a room and rather than taking a 50% deposit as is their posted policy they took 100%. Then I couldn't find any cab company in the area willing to schedule to pick us up at the airport because of drama with one of the cab companies. I asked the inn if they had an airport pickup service or know of other options and they told me to call the company that was making all the drama, telling me that all of the other companies were the bad ones. I called around again and got the feeling I'd be "crossing a picket line" and doing disservice to good honest people by booking with the bad company. I ended up reserving at another inn that would pick us up at the airport, and I requested The Bradford to cancel our reservation. I was nice about it, and probably would have stayed wi

After buying a very expensive bottle of cologne for my trip to PTown, which I left on the table next to the bed every day, one day during our stay, and the only time the staff serviced our room, it went missing. We all searched high and low within that room and our stuff, and it was nowhere to be found. We were all confident that the bottle of cologne was removed from the room by the staff while the room was being serviced. We spoke to the nice gentleman at the check-in desk that our stuff was missing, but he was of no help. He did tell us that he would have someone in charge contact us to discuss it, but that never happened. Months later, I’m still waiting on a call. We stayed at The Bradford for a couple of nights in late September. It's probably the cleanest place we've stayed in Provincetown. There's a nice shortcut to Commercial Street between a couple of the cabin rooms. We had cabin 5 that has a king bed and a good sized bathroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Not only did they set me up with a beautiful room, but they even had it ready early—which was such a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. Every time I stay here, I’m reminded why this place is such a gem in Provincetown. The service is always exceptional, the rooms are spotless and stylish, and the vibe is welcoming and relaxed. It’s clear that the staff truly care about making each guest’s experience special. You all are the real MVPs—can’t wait to come back again soon!
